What happens when my credits run out?
The app pauses AI help until your credits reset or you add more. Nothing you've written or saved is deleted — your work stays exactly where it is.
Do web purchases work in the iPad app?
Yes. Purchases here land in the same account and credit balance the InkCast iPad app uses. They appear in the app as soon as payment completes.
Does the web plan auto-renew?
No. A web plan purchase is a one-time payment for one month. We never auto-charge for web purchases — you renew whenever you choose.
